Can I just buy right before a draw?+
No. Tickets are counted on the smallest balance you held across the whole snapshot window, not your balance at the moment of the draw. Buying seconds before a draw earns you nothing — you have to hold 50,000 $MEGA all the way through the window to qualify at all.
Is the pot guaranteed?+
No. The pot is whatever trading fees actually route into it. Low volume means a small pot.
